i'll try not to be pessimistic, but I'll believe this when i see it...
either it is just a smoke blowin email, or the senate will stonewall it...
if it gets to bambam, he'll kill it...or ifn he doesnt do via veto, he'll gut it with layers of beaurea babble...
ok, so maybe after watching politicians bald-faced lie for 40 yrs, when speaking of 'solutions' to problems that they themselves created, maybe i cant help being pessimistic...
Off course the Kenyan would never sign off on this bill. It goes against his administrations goals to do whatever they can to curtail any fossil fuel extractions in the USA.
