I will raise my tricare fees as long as you raise all of congress you MFer. Why does he insist that everyone be happy he did not become President. Gosh he makes it very difficult to wonder who would be worse him or Obama.

We’re better off with Obama, at least in this case, the enemy is in plain sight.

I suggest McC opt out of his gummint retirement, his gummint freebies, and put up with Tri-We-Don’t-Care like the rest of us military retirees. He symbolizes EVERYTHING that’s wrong with DC.

Military retirees get money from the Government, they pay quarterly fees for medical and dental care, and they pay make a co-pay each time they use a service. Before we jack up fees on them, let’s try this: welfare Let’s try an analogy: welfare recipients get money from the Government, let them pay quarterly fees for medical and dental care, and let them pay make a co-pay each time they use a service. I would venture to say that this would put more money back into the coffers of the Government than hammering military retirees would.

You ask me a life time of all you can eat benefits is too much particularity for military vets.

I say that because any such plan invariably makes people a depended upon the provider(in this case the Goverment) both in that providers discretion in how to provide them benefits and in that providers continued existence at the preclusion of other destructive things that same provider might be doing.

That instead the most equable and fair way to compensate people for their service is in fact in direct pay or lumbsum pay at the end of their service. Thus leaving to the individual the choice how to allocate & store the resources.
