Well, his attorney could probably make a case for the fact that Obama wasn’t there at the time, therefore this guy had no intention of really assassinating him - assuming they can prove he didn’t know Obama wasn’t there.

What I find interesting is that this guy took shots at the White House, and the MSM has reported almost nothing about him. All we know is that he has committed a few crimes in several states and others have questioned if he is mentally ill.

By this time in the "Joe the Plumber" affair, we knew pretty much his entire life.

That makes me think there's more to this guy's history than the MSM wants us to know.
