I hate to defend the guy, but believing that 0bama is the anti-Christ does not make him a nut job.

It's one thing to Photoshop pictures of people you disagree with to make them look silly or menacing. Political cartoonists have been doing that for eons. Satire and symbolic rhetoric is perfectly normal.
Once you start thinking that your political opponents are actually supernatural monsters, it's time to up your meds.
