According to the 2010 Census the number of Black/African-American citizens in this country is @ 38,929,319, that’s 12.6% of the entire population.
So in your analogy 12% of that of which is of Voting age and not a convicted felon and will actually go to the polls and vote is not worth electing a Black Man to capture said vote. Even if DEAD Black people Vote.
Fact is we don’t lose elections because of the black vote, if we did we wouldn’t have won since 1964!!!
