From a quick google search, it looks like an advantagously located telemetry station, not a radar site, which means it can only track cooperative satellites.

Like everyone else, the Chinese have a legitimate interest in maintaining their own satellites. Doesn’t strike me as a big deal. On top of which, they are at the mercy of the Australians, if they find Chinese behavior to be counter to their interests.

Thank clinton and obama for all of our technology falling into the hands of the chicoms... our eventual overlords... unless we actually do something like vote out the rats and progressive republicans... but I have little faith in 54% of Americans that vote.
