Bachmann took campaign money from Freddie Mac while she was ‘fighting’ them

Rep. Michele Bachmann hit former Speaker Newt Gingrich hard on Wednesday for receiving consulting fees from mortgage giant Freddie Mac, but it turns out Bachmann herself received campaign contributions from The Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation’s (Freddie Mac) political action committee during the 2007-2008 cycle.

“While [Gingrich] was taking that money, I was fighting against Fannie and Freddie,” Bachmann said on Wednesday.

It turns out that while she was “fighting” them, she was also taking their money.

No Romney fan; but; he is not even close to Barry. No Republican; by any name, can; or wants to. . .prove himself by Marxist MO’s, such as we see in current Administration. Should this one survive into 2012; America; as we knew/loved and hoped for; will be written as the greatest success story; in the Marxist history books. (Muslims are writing theirs; of course and as well. . .)

Keep on regurgitating the same tired talking points - it’s all you neo-cons have.

“Jew hater”? Using your logic, the more welfare we give a particular group, the more we love them? Your liberal/neo-con colors are showing.

The only reliable plank in Bachmann’s Platform is bashing fellow Republicans.

Sorry, but the truth is the truth, regardless of how ugly it is.

Yes, RuPaul is a vicious antisemite. This isn’t some “breaking news” from the dorks at Politico, this has been a known fact in the Conservative Movement for decades.

Please cite your sources. Other than not bowing down to one of the most powerful lobbying groups in DC and an insignificant organization donating some money to his campaign, what has he done to earn the "anti-semite" label?

Sorry, but the "Conservative Movement" isn't too specific a source of "truth", considering Ron Paul's popularity with true conservative voters and recieving more of his campaign donations from active-duty military, exceeding all other candidates. Are you implying that our service members are also "anti-semitic"?

Perhaps you get your "facts" from the "Neo-con Movement"?

LOL. That’s pretty solid evidence, especially coming from a “Commander” of the “American National Socialist Workers Party”. Thanks for the laugh.

Speaking of commanders, what do you think about Ron Paul receiving more donations than the other candidates combined? I really don’t expect a reply on this because it makes neo-cons uncomfortable, but I thought I’d ask anyway.

Neocon ? That would insinuate that I was once a liberal. I’ve been a Conservative my entire life. Please try to keep the RuPaulista nonsense to a minimum.

“She took money from contributors who gave their own money to the PAC.”

Okay, yeah. So why does a semi/quasi Federal outfit have a PAC named for it, which by extension means the PAC is acting in Freddie Mac’s interests ?

'cause that's its name.

You can name your PAC anything you want. I thought of naming mine "Bill and Hillary" ~ and naming myself as the salaried chairman.

99% of the funds will undoubtedly have to be spent in administrative costs, or the costs associated with collecting it.

You're only giving half of the definition. Let's have some full disclosure here. From Merriam-Webster online:

2. a conservative who advocates the assertive promotion of democracy and United States national interest in international affairs including through military means

So, what about the military's record donations to Ron Paul? I'd like to hear your opinion/spin on that. A close co-worker of mine served in Iraq. He's 29 and never voted in his life - until now. Guess who he's doing door-to-door volunteer work for? I'll give you a hint: It's not one of the REMF (google that) neo-cons.

You got that straight off Rupaul’s propaganda site. That nonsense has been debunked thousands of times, paleocon.
