OK folks. Now it's official.
Where Harvard goes, other colleges will follow.

So, is the Harvard application form now the shortest in the nation??
1. Parents’ political affiliation, including high-ranking political contacts...
2. Parents’ financial statements
3. White, male, heterosexual?? (Automatic denial unless the contacts in question #1 are *really* high-ranking...)

If Harvard claims to be welcoming to all, then why do they need to be MORE welcoming to a certain group?

Recruiter: Now, are either of you homosexuals?
John Winger: [John and Russell look at each other] You mean, like, flaming, or...
Recruiter: Well, it’s a standard question we have to ask.
Russell Ziskey: No, we’re not homosexual, but we are *willing to learn*.
John Winger: Yeah, would they send us someplace special?

Bull puckey. My niece goes to Western Michigan and calls them LUGs (Lebian Until Graduation). Seems that certain advantages and perks are given to the "oppressed class".

This is great! Now the lawyers can go to Harvard and ask what % of each biological gender self-identified as gay. Then they can compare that number to the student body, the entering class, and the general population, and file lots of discrimination lawsuits. The older I get, the stupider Harvard gets.

I wonder how long it will be before the Ivy League and other colleges REQUIRE applicants to sign an affirmation APPROVING of LGBT (im)morality, all in the name of “tolerance,” of course.
We wouldn’t want any bigots on campus now, would we?

I'm sure this pandering by Harvard will lead to a massive drop in their enrollment, thousands of current students dropping out of Harvard and thousands upon thousands of high school Valedictorians tearing up their Harvard acceptance letters in disgust.

Harvard University - The world’s most expensive non-stop freak show and sex circus.
I’ve worked there. I’ve seen it.
What goes on at Harvard would make a Penn State football coach blush.

Now this is interesting.
Say I wanted to go to hahvahd. If I knew it would benefit me to self-identify as LBGT and checked that box how would the hahvahd people know? Are they going to follow the students around to make sure that they engage in behaviors proving that they are LBGT? Oops!
I shouldn’t give them any ideas.

I wonder what the graduating class of 1776 would have to say.
To: Salman
Fitzsimmons said identification as LGBT would not act as a positive tip in the application process, unlike other factors like place of residence and legacy status which can help land an applicant in the group of accepted students. That's probably true - no doubt the question is being asked so that people in the admissions office get first dibs on "recruiting" members of the incoming freshman class for more personal, um, "counseling" (yeah, that's the ticket)...
