If this were an innocent person suffering a terminal illness, or just a debilitating illness that wasn’t terminal, liberals would be all in favor of euthanasia, with some in favor of involuntary euthanasia. With an innocent fetus, libs are all for abortion. With a convicted child killer, libs suddenly get concerned about the death penalty. The only people libs are comfortable in killing are the innocent, and the only people they’re concerned about saving are the guilty.
