I had a similar experience when I met a stray Australian Shepherd that my sister had found and was trying to find a home for. I sat on the floor to greet him for the first time. He came over and just leaned against me. He was quite the love sponge. George was the perfect ambassador for that breed, and I’ve never owned any other breed since.
