Specially after this last visit where Obama was deliriously happy in his Hawaii photos! Something much more than an APEC visit was in progress or had taken place.

He looked more relaxed, relieved and happier than I have ever seen him.

A good question often goes begging for a truthful and accurate answer. I can’t answer your question, but your observations and question will linger in my mind.
My couple of possibilities (none of them satisfyingly answer your question)
1) He has been informed how he will escape the noose of F&F.
2) Even though the “magic” is gone, he has been informed how he can steal/outwit in the next election.
3) His elation is short-term and related to the purposed outcome of the SuperCommittee
4) A thought I posted on the Levin thread tonight:
What makes me think Occupy is just a trial run? Whip up the mobs now, see how well they can be managed, and give the useful idiots a message/order later.
