A good old fashioned winter storm would yield the same result without the hassle.
I wouldn’t count on it. First, consider the “military” tents they’ve recently set up. Then consider how easy it will be for them to rotate occupiers. You take an overnight shift, then go back to your mom’s basement for R&R. Who can tell one protester from another? The tents don’t care how cold it gets.
