Wonder what the courts will say about this?

I doubt they can be successful, but the design is pure Cloward & Piven.

The attempt to cause mass chaos, slated for Thursday, is tied to the Tides Center, the George Soros-financed group that funds far-left causes. Tides grantees have been helping to direct Occupy from the onset of the anti-Wall Street movement. To the extent that unlawful actions have been undertaken by those who were "helped to direct" by "the George Soros-financed group," wouldn't there be cause for investigation under the RICO laws?

Some of these fools may end up on the subway tracks.

The list includes Broadway Junction and Bushwick in Brooklyn.
Those are places the 1% never ever see. Even the limos taking them to the airports give those neighborhoods wide berth.

Investigate? Hell!
Take your brass knuckles to work on Thursday.

Come on New Yorkers - when the anarchists invade the subways, treat them like late night violent muggers. Teach them a little about New York attitude.

If you don’t have brass knuckles, a rock in a sock will do.
Or get your grandpa’s nightstick out of the attic trunk.
Do what New Yorkers would have done a century ago.

cars and trains should never stop for protestors. They should never even slow down (unless of course its a police escorted properly licensed protest)
Never even slow down. Severe breaking cause premature tire wear which is harmful to the environment. It’s far more eco-friendly to just run the garbage over

Why isn’t this decribed as “civil unrest”....?

Yup. Just imagine what this is costing NYC!

Sure. But he owns the Dept of Justice.
However, a civil RICO suit by a business shut down by the protestors would really shake things up. Business owner should take out life insurance first.

Be careful on Thursday....looks like they want to swarm the area where you work and the subways around there.

If I had to go to work in those areas on Thursday, I would carry every legal defensive weapon possible. Pepper spray, a sap, maybe a small can of Easy-Off spray-on oven cleaner.
Don’t let these punks shut down the working people of NYC!
