[ I am as conservative as anyone on this board, but if by “legal immigration” you are talking about the 1.5 million ner’-do-well, welfare class currently being allowed into the country annually, count me out. In that case, I am ANTI LEGAL IMMIGRATION.
I’m on-board with letting in limited numbers of people we truly need in this country (inventors, scientists, etc.), but not the masses of third-world semi-literates now being imported.
And I think a lot of other conservatives agree with this. ]
Fix Illegal Immigration first then we can start to fix the issue with welfare immigrants. :)
But I agree with you, there should be standards for who we allow inot the country, I mean other countries have standards, why can’t we be more like Japan. We don’t wanna be like Europe.
