I watched that video of Cain talking about Libya? Have you? Not impressive. Some were trying to say it was as bad as Perry. It wasn’t at all.
Here’s how Cain differs from Obama on this - he “would have done a better job determining who the opposition is” . That’s the answer of someone who knows that shouldn’t be agreeing with the most Liberal President in US History on Foreign Policy, but can’t think of anything at all concrete that he would’ve done differently. What’s the Conservative Foreign Policy Herman? Doing a better job determining who the opposition is. Not much different there.
