>>And he needs to learn when to say, I am discussing that with my advisers, and it is a very complex issue, so I don’t want to give a knee-jerk response. And stick to that response.<<
That, my FRiend is the most reasonable and rational response on this thread.
No one can know everything. He needs a plan for when he is in these situations so there are no more gotchas.
How would he be able to accomplish that when he is in an interview or at the debate podium? Would he say? "Time out, I need to speak to my adviser".
Or will he wear an earpiece as I suspect Clinton did in his debates, and pause just long enough to hear the answer fed to him.
On Libya...it was all over the news. I heard Bolton comment several times on Fox and the reporters were over there crying for the usa to aid the insurgents and dispose of ghaddifi. Obamas plan was NO boots on the ground, use Nato, use drones and assist the insurgents. Bolton stated we did not know enough about the rebels. Obama initiated all this without going to congress. If I had been Cain...i would have simply said...his initiation was wrong..he should have consulted congress first. He should have come before the American people along with his advisors and justified the attacks. He did none of the above
