Well not only McQueary but the AD as well. Neither has been fired. (The AD put himself on leave of absence)
The answer in both cases is likely that one or both are key state's witnesses in cases vs. Schultz & Sandusky (and McQueary also in Curley's case). They could have charges vs. Spanier...and I don't 100% rule out Paterno, tho I highly doubt it.
My guess is that they will would try Curley last...offering him a deal to testify vs. Schultz & perhaps Spanier, if they charge Spanier.
The whistleblower law probably keeps Penn State from firing McQueary...tho everybody knows the new coach has a right to set his entire asst coaching staff.
So McQueary will probably draw checks until the new coach is announced.
And it's far from the only one.
The only "mistake" Sandusky made was dipping into the pool of nubile young flesh a bit too early.

There are a lot of people who looked away and let Sandusky continue on his merry way.
I have a feeling the elite of this country are not seeing a lot wrong with grooming and hitting on kids. They are doing it in schools and in entertainment. It used to be taboo to feature a boy or a girl in a sexy way or for an adult to talk dirty to them. Now they permit public school perverts to talk trash to them in school in the name of “comprehensive sex education” and arrange homosexual/straight student clubs and homosexual rah rah activities.
Child on child rape is going up, too. If I had small kids right now, I would be freaked out beyond belief seeing what’s happened these days. I read that an Iowa judge ordered that sex offenders be put in assisted living and nursing care facilities. They are raping the old women and I would bet the men are not safe either but the rape of men was not mentioned in the article.
Our elite are dark souls as they look the other way to all this. Political correctness is ravishing.

Sandusky had something like 3 years to get rid of any evidence.
He knew this was coming for a long time.
Getting bailed quickly was possibly to his detriment. (we shall see...)
And from what I’ve read...his home was never searched...
I’ve read nothing of the sort happened...
