Sorry to stray off the subject of this thread, but public schools aren't rotten because they're inherently evil, they're rotten because they are products of a rotten society.
They are rotten because the foundation IS socialism, and socialism does rot.
The schools were rotting and helping to rot this society long before the rottenness was too great to keep hidden anymore.
But all things rot because all humans, any organization, will have corruption and rot. All of them.
