I don’t understand it from the janitors to McQueary to Paterno to Curly to Shultz to Spanier to Dr. McQueary, and who-the-heck-who-know-who-else is out there.

There’s plenty blame to go around...including Paterno.

I’m sickened by the lack of urgency surrounding a brutal rape.

McQueary did what he did. That was bad enough.
One day passes and he goes to Joepa. JOEPA!!! We recognized and loved him for his upstanding wholesome morals as well as his coaching legend.
It’s only one day later....they can still find the kid. They can recognize the importance of getting to him AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
Sure...JoePa tells Curly....after waiting yet another day.
Why was there no curiosity on his part beyond that?

He sits on it all evening? He goes to bed, manages to fall asleep, and calls Curly 2 days after the brutal rape.

No one ever said you “only” have to call the AD.
You can call the cops AND the AD...you’re JoePa - you can do whatever the heck you want.

They are ALL responsible.

.
Yes, and they all should spend the rest of their days in solitary lockup.

I agree.

This whole thing/case is very troubling and disturbing. I’m shocked. Appalled. And I am a Penn State alum and I won’t allow the media or anyone else to make me a “victim” or dictate how I deal with this I supported the football players yesterday, cheered the team, and it doesn’t take away from the situation or the victims. It doesn’t matter how anyone dealt with it or thought it should be dealt with.

The players, the students, the alunni did nothing wrong. They shouldn’t be held responsible for the acts of a few and the coverup of others and the homo agenda or the media’s take on it all.

I don’t understand it either. I can sorta see it from the janitors viewpoint...WTH and how is this gonna affect me and my livihood (sp). Cos that;s what some of this is about.

I totally dont understand McQueary’s situation. How can you see this and walk away? I don’t get that. He did a good thing reporting it, but how do you see that and just leave, walk away. Is this what we are teaching, becoming? How can he, anyone, see that and just walk away without trying to rescue the kid. And to go on for almost 10 years. I dont get it. I also don’t get how this was allowed to continue. When a few people knew and still allowed it to continue.

They are all responsible in some way.

We are all responsible in some way.

I’m trying to imagine it all and put the pieces together,

But like 9/11 this is somewhat similar to that, in my

mimd.Like anything...we won’t be defeated by this.

I will be apalled if Paterno knew any of this.

Anyone could have called the cops at anytime.

I’m having a hard time wrapping my head around it all.

But I won’t allow the media to dictate this.
