Yeah, think so. Buddy was on C-Span for about an hour within the past couple of weeks. Smart guy, with some good ideas. But his super-Southern drawl is probably a big turn-off for anybody born north of Memphis. He makes Haley Barbour sound almost like an announcer for the BBC!
