"Just when you thought the field of candidates for president in 2012 was full, a national radio talk-show host is now in the race, claiming Barack Obama is not even eligible for office because he has presented a forged birth certificate to the nation.
Laurie Roth from Washington state is running not as a Republican, but as a self-described patriot and conservative on the American Independent Party ticket. She says she's already on the ballot in California, and will take steps to make sure her name is listed in the other 49 states".

I use to work for Laurie Roth. She frequently made me feel uncomfortable with comments of a non sexual nature. I filed a sexual harassment suit but cannot tell you the details because of a confidentially agreement I signed.
Oh wait, that was Lori Roth! Never mind!
LOL
Whatever........
chuckle chuckle
Lead balloon.
She has zero chance of winning next year.
The fact is a third party candidate will never win the White House.
Didn’t know there were so many liberals on Free Republic,
Did you listen to that video?!
Sounds like some lame but vicious borderline I might have dated back in the day.
I sort of figure that she KNOWs she has no chance of winning, not a snowball’s chance, but
would this give her “standing”?
Fantastic!
I will check out her creds and if acceptable, I’ll have somebody to vote for if Romney ends up the GOP nominee.
Conservatives who waste their time flirting with someone with zero name recognition are crackpots. They’re about as relevant as the Marxists who flirt with the Greens. In a close race, they help to elect Democrats. The fact is this woman is not even going to collect 1% of the vote next November. You can take that to the bank.
LOL. Leave it to WND to hype a birther 3rd party nobody into something beyond the non-factor she really is.
Far, far less than 1% actually. These kinds of candidates get so few votes they don't even register. Mickey Mouse will probably get more.
Consider that the Libertarian party averages about .5% of the vote in most presidential elections (in fact since 2000 the best they've done is .4%). And the Libertarian party is at least a real party that people know about.
sheesh I think I’ll run just to get some free publbicity
ha ha good one
I didn't even have to look or listen ... I saw World Nut Daily in the header!
Sounds like the responsible thing to do to me.
Otherwise, with Romney at the top, I would be playing Golf instead.
“The fact is a third party candidate will never win the White House.”
You must mean, “The fact is a third party candidate will never win the White House, [AGAIN].”
And I respectfully disagree with you. Though, it may not be in this upcoming election cycle.
