Too often these actions are referred to as “molestation”, which seems unwise to me. Shouldn’t many, if not most of them be referred to as “rape”?

Think of the picture of the man on the bicycle that was posted above. Many people seem unaware of what happens in the homosexual community. The use of euphemisms helps to enable that, imho.

YOu are exactly right. “Molesting” could be someone exposing their privates, putting a hnad where it shouldn’t go, etc.
