I just cannot imagine what goes through a woman’s mind when something like that happened. I mean they would initially feel it had to do “with them” vs the fact that their new husband was more into the pool boy. In my neighborhood (when I was a kid), there was a doctor who cheated on his wife. Well, she found out and demanded to know who the other “woman” was... it was a man. They divorced but it completely devastated their two daughters. The girls were around 11 and 13 so understood what homosexuality basically meant. Here is what is interesting: all of the women in the neighborhood were shocked. I mean SHOCKED. However, most of the men in the neighborhood weren’t. They had picked up on something that the women didn’t. What for sure? No idea but I still find it interesting that the men weren’t shocked.
