Now if they want to argue about a need for declaration of war in the War on Terror I somewhat agree. Though functionally when Bush was voted authorization it was a declaration of war. I would have proffered one that actually used those terms. Pelley's precious "courts" long ago determined that the Authorization For The Use Of Military Force was tantamount to, and had the full effect of, a Declaration of War.
In other words, he doesn't even have that justification.
