Obama seems to be ignoring all the GOP primary candidates. I haven’t seen one Obama political ad (unless you count every time he speaks), but specifically I haven’t seen one ad against Romney.

Romney is not a conservative. So he’ll lose the conservative vote if he’s selected as the GOP candidate. The Republicans will lose the presidential election. Again. Conservatives learned their lesson with McCain.

The Union League Club aristocracy think that if they force Mitt down our throat, we’ll grudgingly vote for him in the general election. I don’t believe it will happen this time. If only folks like Rove would throw their weight behind a conservative, imagine the momentum that would be generated. Instead they savage conservative candidates and alienate themselves from (I’m guessing) a third of voting population.

If it takes letting Obama have another 4 years to ruin the Nation, then so be it. Let the GOP wither, and Tea Party Prosper.

If more had voted for McCain in November, we’d probably be looking at Sarah Palin’s campaign this year.

Did we learn this lesson?

Forgive my ego, but I sort of like the last sentence. Out with the old tagline and in with the new!
