Yeah that cop was spinning. But really there’s nothing they can do at this point...why do they announce the deadlines? It should be a surprise thing.

The obvious first effort is to simply get them up in the middle of the night. The soft-core supporters who've shown up have cleared out all the bars in town no doubt.

So the cops have managed to get the whole gang out on the streets ~ which are not as comfortable as the parks where you can lie down and sleep.

All the cops need to do is keep them awake and moving and this will be over.
