In addition to somebody having no idea what 'hearsay' is, let's traipse on over to 23 Pa. Cons. Stat. Section 6311, 'Persons Required to Report Suspected Child Abuse.'
The title of the Pennsylvania law that requires physicians, clergy, school teachers, school administrators (and a long list of other professionals) to report child abuse even uses "suspected' in its title.
Subsection (a) says that the entire statute applies "when the person has reasonable cause to suspect" child abuse.
Cheese and crackers, Winged Hussar.

"Hearsay?" You keep using that word. I do not think it means know with absolute certainty it doesn't mean what you think it means.
crickets.
