As much as it pains me, Cain and Santorum are right that America can’t blindly abandon Pakistan. Pakistan IS a nuclear power and America needs to make sure those nukes don’t get into the hands of people who would use them against us.

It’s not as simple as cutting off the current relationship, as much as I’d like to tell Pakistan to go to hell.

You think Pak isn’t already giving Nukes to our bigger enemies? They’re taking our money and laughing at us that we trust them.

I wasn’t referring to Santorum’s position on Pakistan. I’m referring to my gut reaction to Santorum, which is he’s a self-important little boy scout doing his best to be noticed in a room full of real candidates.

By their focusing on him tonight, it looks like the media is hoping he’ll be the NEXT anti-Romney. I bet it ain’t gonna happen, though.
