I don’t believe there are, as most NCAA major violations are related to recruiting and/or money issues.

That being said, I think the NCAA will be under pressure to interpret their rules in such a way as to allow them to mete out a severe punishment to Penn State.

Or, as you suggested, they might just re-write the rules because of the magnitude of this case.

The NCAA needs to move out of Indianapolis, Indiana before I start caring WHAT they do about anything. Bunch of feeble hypocrites.
