No guilt on my part. Those clowns that worked for Cortisone knew EXACTLY who he was. If they chose to “live the life” thinking that his scam wouldn’t implode, they deserve exactly what happened to them. No different than the people that worked on those FAKE trading floors at Enron...they knew it was phony. Same with the Arthur Andersen scam artists.
I work a much more stable job (I think), but I still treat it like it can go away next week. So I keep a bunch of dough handy and make it a point to live WELL BELOW my income level. As I get older, I may change that somewhat, but I will NEVER be anywhere near one paycheck away from going broke, as these brats appear to have been living.
Agreed. It just like the Bernie Madoff investors. They were counting on Madoff having inside information that would yield them an advantage over other investment firms. Same with Goldmann-Sachs-connected Corzine.
