An untested(untestable) drug for a remote/non-existant threat costing WAY more than even gov’t beaurocrats find acceptable - made by a company controlled by a superdonor which was too big to even qualify for grants but yet got the no-bid contract. And the poor gov’t bureaucrat that counseled against this deal was replaced by a toady more to the company’s liking.

Maybe, but in this case it’s more likely that most of the profits will go to the donor. Granted, the vaccine is probably bogus and will likely never be used, even if it’s needed eventually.
However, you can bet that if you could tag each dollar, you would find that tens of millions of them make their way back into Democrat campaigns across the country.
