The fatal blow to the campaign has been made. Whether he knows it or not, Herman Cain's campaign is over. I would be overjoyed to be wrong, but the numbers and believability of sexual harassment claims against him have amounted to the critical mass of complaints that end the Cain campaign. It is only a matter of time before everyone realizes it.

Ron Paul is the only one serious about making cuts.
And that includes the defense budget.
Most Conservatives understand that we have really serious spending troubles, but they don’t want to make cuts in defense spending.
I personally care more about cuts than anything else.
Other Conservatives believe that cuts are very important, but Israel’s defense is also important.
I admire your sincerity, but Ron Paul is not a viable option.
Is that American Thinker or American STINKER?
Something smells.

Daymn Ernie!
If Perry debated against Obama like he debated on Wednesday, we’d lose.
And Soros and all the rest know that.
No political figure has ever done worse in a televised debate.
Politics aside (and Perry is just as bad on that front), Republicans don’t want their nominee to be someone who is likely to not only lose, but cause the Republican Brand to be damaged, and cause the loss of House and Senate seats.
Republicans don’t want the Republican Candidate to be embarrassingly bad at politics.
Democrats DO want he Republican Candidate to be embarrassingly bad at politics.
Rick Perry’s performance was the most embarrassingly bad in the history of televised politics.
Republicans don’t want that.
“Yeah, right”, what?
What does that mean? Are you calling me a racist based on what I have posted? Or are you just an idiot?
He IS????
Well, I'll be a boll weevil on a cotton farm...
You seem obsessed with Rick Perry.
Never good to be obsessed like that with another human being.
Focus on the objective.
Which would be keeping Mitt Romney off of our ticket.
Your post says it all. Idiot.
Have I been watching the same debates as you?
Israel is explicitly discussed in many debates.
Many candidates have said that Iran must be stopped, by the United States, because they present a threat to Israel.
Do you dispute this?
Some Conservatives will not cut one dollar from the defense budget if it means that Israel could possibly be put at greater risk.
That’s the way it is.
There’s a foreign policy debate tonight.
Do you think that any candidate will mention a threat to Israel as a justification for any of their proposals?
If they don’t, it will signal a shift in their thinking on this matter.
And that’s fine. There are constituencies within the Republican Party for whom the security of Israel is the top priority.
Personally, I’m all about cuts. We have a huge deficit, we spend way too much money, and we have to find ways to cut spending to avoid an economic collapse. But that’s just my own personal opinion.
Cutting the defense budget is a fools game.
LOL. She must have immersed herself in movies! This guy is also enamored. He has one more movie referenced column; IIRC it's about looking for a “George Bailey” = It's a Wonderful Life. I quickly perused his blog site, because I disappointed to see that he didn't write about his vineyards...LOL.
Why don’t you answer the question about vetting instead of changing the subject?
How were the other candidates vetted?
My post only asks you a question that you are apparently too stupid to answer.
Piss off.
Oh, Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrich (as well as Rick Perry, and Huntsman) are competing for the Establishment / RINO spot.
One of those guys will get that spot.
Cain, Bachmann, Paul, Santorum (sorta) are competing for the tea party / conservative spot.
We will see, after the first early caucuses and primaries who the top tea party / conservative is, and who the top establishment / RINO is. The tea parties will line up behind the tea party conservative candidate and the news media will line up behind the the establishment RINO.
And then the 2 candidates will battle.
And then we’ll have a nominee. Unless we don’t. In which case maybe we can get Palin in a brokered convention.
Certainly, Republicans do not agree whether we should cut the defense budget. I think we should. But many good freepers here don’t.
Perry has been grilled,Cain,Newt, Romney are getting a cake walk.
Obama is getting a cake walk
