GREER, S.C.-- The Penn State fallout is having a trickle-down effect on high school football recruiting. Adam Ah Ching, a senior linebacker at Greer High School, told WYFF News 4’s Kim Quintero that he’s played football since he was 6 and has his sights set on playing college ball. “When you're Polynesian, growing up, football is No. 1 in your life,” said Ah Ching. Ranked last year by ESPNU as the 26th linebacker prospect in the country, Ah Ching said he was paid a visit by Penn State's former assistant coach, Jerry Sandusky. “He came to my last spring game going into my senior season. He liked how I moved, laterally, and how gifted I am,” said Ah Ching.

The current PSU recruiting class may reconsider their choice and try to get out of it [if the NCAA lets them].
Also, players currently on the PSU team might want to transfer - but they should not be penalized [sitting out a year] for doing so.
The NCAA should give them an exemption - like what happened with the UTEP basketball team a few years ago ...
Can’t confirm Madden, but I just read the GJ report. It talked alot about him taking them to games and giving many gifts. Not a stretch to imagine other men taking some of these boys for their own purposes. Also, when reading about going to games, team dinners, staying at his home, exercising with them as many times as stated; surely that had to raise a red flag or 2 with someone. That just ain’t right.

Did you read the article? This kid says Sandusky was recruiting him in the spring of 2011. Penn State didn’t comment.
Fine, let them investigate it. If it’s true, death penalty. Other schools have gotten it for far less than this. And those schools didn’t have the option of shitcanning everyone and starting fresh without penalty.
The 3 years would be the message and it would be to Penn State in the hopes that the "light bulbs" would not just come on, but that they would remain lit from now on when it comes to this type of travesty.
And now we know... why McQueary hesitated to call the police. After all, there is a DA who has been missing since 2005. There was some deep, evil juju going on in that institution.
