He hired a defamation lawyer, and while I’m no lawyer and don’t know the laws regarding public figures, if he finds evidence that Axelrod is behind this, I hope he sues the effin’ living shiet out of that doosh and puts up ad after ad after ad for the next 12 months who is responsible.He doesn't have to actually win a law suit in a court of law (although that would be nice). He only has to convince enough fence-sitting Republicans and independents that this was a DNC/MSM political character assassination attempt.
If he does that, he wins a lot of votes. A lot of votes.
So a law suit is worth the effort. It puts the MEDIA on trial.
Not to mention it making Axelrod and the ‘rats look absolutely racist as all hell which would jut obliterate their black voter base.
Hiring a junk yard dog for a lawyer is good move...keeps the liars and gossip mongers on guard as to what they accuse him of...Once Palin hired her lawyer, quite a few people and publications has to back peddle quick..and the slams stopped.
