On Sunday, March 21, 2010, the day the House of Representatives passed President Barack Obamas Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, then-Solicitor General Elena Kagan and famed Supreme Court litigator and Harvard Law Prof. Laurence Tribe, who was then serving in the Justice Department, had an email exchange in which they discussed the pending health-care vote, according to documents the Department of Justice released late Wednesday to the Media Research Center, CNSNews.com's parent organization, and to Judicial Watch.

The list, ping
Let me know if you would like to be on or off the ping list
Just another unethical elitist POS from the left. Nothing new.
What does she care? She’s got the job for life, that’s it. The Supreme Court’s been a super-Legislature for at least sixty years; might as well let everyone in on the big secret.
ANOTHER reason why Obama”care” is illegal.
Yeah, just awesome, you dog faced dyke.
Kagan should be thrown off the bench. She has no right there.
I will fight Obamacare with money.
I will fight Obamacare with my vote.
I will fight Obamacare with all my breath until I die.
I will fight for my freedom.
I will not be a slave to the federal government.
I will fight you in the streets.
I will fight you in the hills.
I will fight you in the newspapers.
I will fight you on the Internet.
I will fight you on talk radio.
I will fight.
....the votes the American citizen has never seen.....who voted for what Lou?
Beautifully stated!
To HELL with America’s communists!
Back where you came from, Godless pigs!
Can you say recusal, Kagan?......
Bump.
Query for the legal eagles out there: if Kagan does not recuse herself, and votes to uphold 0bamaCare, could the strong evidence of her participating in discussions in the administration as solicitor, and cheering on the passage of the legislation, be grounds for her impeachment in 2013 if the pubbies hold the House and take the Senate in the 2012 election?

I’m no lawyer, but it’s my understanding that the standard for impeachment is vague enough that you can make nearly anything grounds for impeachment, if you have the votes.
Kagan is nothing but a two bit commie ‘RAT with “a compelling life story”. Obviously, there aren’t any qualifications to sit the Supreme Court these days. It’s so simple, a caveman can do it.
Have you ever seen a picture of that beast?
Anytime I think of not voting for whoever the GOP nominee is next year, I think of Kagan.
Newt said it best they work for the people and if the people decide not to pay them they have to go home
And so will I.
