The IowaFund link was promoted as a promotional effort (it would seem) to a) serve as a logical PR mechanism, b) be able to promote it that way on Facebook, etc., and c) with its thermometer measure of the donations rising, was rapidly able to show people that, within 24 hours of putting up that link, the goal of reaching $999,999 was met and then some with the Cain Campaign pulling in over $1.2 MILLION in a 24 hour time period, just when the whole sexual harassment thing was in a frenzy in the lame stream media.

I can match those who don't have a lot of money for them and send it in with mine.
If 2 or 4 people can only send in $ 5, then ? I can send in $ 25 - $ 40 to match their donation on top of my donation.
