She loves seafood,, but has a shellfish allergy which catches her ocasionally.. but she could give a goat a good run at a hugh buffet,, it’s the filip in her.. lots of little folk but they eat like horses.. ;-)

Ah, what a shame that's she's allergic to shellfish. Still, there's much seafood to be had that isn't shellfish. Squid, salmon, sole, haddock, tuna, swordfish, trout, cod and more.

I'm glad she's able to have shellfish from time to time. I have the same problem with nuts. I can have them in very small quantities, but not more often than about once a month. I absolutely love cashews and pistachios.

What is "filip"? :)
