We’re 20 miles north or so of the garlic capital of the free world.

A few days a year during harvest, the winds blows just right, the scent is all over.

Wifey loves ‘em. She always looks forward to french dinner night.. that and lobster on Captain’s night.

Bacon cooking

Garlic sauteing in butter

Coffee brewing

Crushed rosemary

Basil

Please go to the Gilroy Garlic Festival and have a garlic ice cream in my honor. If I miss nothing else about California, I miss a proper garlic festival. [sniffle] I really love it, both the garlic and the festival.
