Fifth Cain woman says she’s not an ‘accuser’
The Washington Times ^ | 11/9/2011 | David Eldridge

Posted on 11/10/2011 11:04:21 AM PST by ferrgus

Donna Donella, one of the five women caught up in the charges of sexual harassment being leveled against Herman Cain, said Wednesday she is not an “accuser.”

“I take issue with being labeled in the media as 'Accuser No. 5,' ” she said in an interview with The Washington Times-affiliated “America's Morning News” radio program. “I want to make it very clear that Herman Cain never sexually harassed me, I’ve never accused Herman Cain of sexually harassing me. The only reason that I came forward is because I saw behavior, the one day that I met him … that was consistent with the pattern of his behavior described by his four actual accusers.”

“I can’t put a finger on it, but as most women will tell you, you kind of have a sense when men are on the up and up and when there are men who may not be. I had that feeling and so did my colleague, and that’s why she jumped in and said, ‘Oh, let’s all go to dinner.’ “

“One accuser whose biggest complaint was that Herman compared her height to that of his wife (and who tried to extract another settlement at the next job she went to after her settlement with the NRA)”

Isn’t she the one who is saying that several things actually happened, but she won’t say what those are? It is Cain who says he recalls making a hand motion toward his chin/neck when speaking to her. I don’t recall her ever mentioning that, but I may be wrong.

Yeah, apparently the Washington Times headline got used instead of what I put in the title field. It was supposed to say something like “Herman Cain Has No 5th Accuser”

Particularly Southern men flirt, though in tasteful ways.

Though I haven't thought about it in many years, I was raised in an environment wherein it was good manners to behave flirtatiously with women in social settings. If you didn't flatter them artfully and show attention in social situations, you were considered ill-mannered and boorish.

Cain strikes me as a gentleman cut from that general cloth.

WHAT SHE DIDN’T SAY: “We’re a bit racist, and we assumed if a black man invited a white woman to dinner it meant he wanted to get into her pants, so we interfered with his ‘invite’ and went to dinner with him. You see, most of the corporate heads and politicians we deal with are real perverts, and everyone knows black men are the worst.
We were then ‘shocked’,,,, ‘shocked’ I tell you, when he stuck us with the wine bill! Which, of course, went on the company tab, but you know...”

My experience is that while women feel their senses are 100% correct, they aren't.

Does the official media “accuser tally” include the secretary of the Iowa radio host whom Cain referred to as “Darling” while she was preparing tea for him? If so, then we are only left with one anonymous accuser.

there was no difference between an accusation from the recipient of harassment and one from a person who was offended because he had overheard the harassment even though the intended hearer was not offended. That is, being offended was the important point

I'm offended that we have an America hating Marxist as President. Does this mean I can put a lien on the White House until reparations are made?

Isn’t this the woman who had to pay for her own dinner including an expensive bottle of wine?

No. This was the woman who was the GUEST CLIENT and had a HOST SPEAKER whom she had dinner with, and then (as normally done) was expected to pay the liquor tab with the company EXPENSE ACCOUNT.

“—Isn’t this the woman who had to pay for her own dinner including an expensive bottle of wine?—

Not exactly. We only know that Cain did not pay for it. We don’t know who did. But considering the event, it is naturally assumed that some company’s expense account covered it. It’s how it works.”

Or maybe Mr. Cain, who was famous for bringing the budget in line, was a little PO’d when the ladies obviously abused the company expense account by ordering $400 bottles of wine. So maybe, just maybe, he left.

All I can say is that her story disproves itself. A man who hopes to “get lucky” wouldn’t leave a table of women before they were done with the meal. It sounds to me he was more upset with the expense account abuse than interested in the women. LOL. No wonder she can’t forgive him!

Really? A feeling about men? Or, is she reallllly a racialphobe? Usually the media would imply she's phobic of black men just like they paint all conservatives are as homophobes. (tongue-in-cheek)

Some men flirt. Sometimes we like it and sometimes we don’t. Grow up, little girls.

In my experience, the normal course of conduct of southern gentlemen would be called sexist, or harrassment by a significant number of northern females.

Bingo! Game, set, match, Mr. Cain.

“...And just why it seems that the Dems are blocking for Romney. “

Every media Democrat was hailing Romney as the winner of the faux-debate last night. They are certainly eager to have Obama run against him. Then they can blast him as a Wall St. fat cat who shipped U.S. jobs out of the country before selling Bain for over a billion dollars. By the time the msm finishes with Willard, his wife won’t vote for him.

How fatally stupid it would be of the GOP to let the media choose its nominee yet again.

So, this woman said that Cain gave her a vibe that made her feel uncomfortable. This is what the media calls an accusation.. and they covered up for a serial womanizer, Edwards and turned a blind eye to a man that was actually raping and abusing women, Clinton, they worshiped someone that killed a girl, Kennedy and forgave Dodd for fondling girls and lionize child rapists like Studds and a guy that ran a gay hooker rings out his own basement.

This might finally be the death knell of journalism in the US.
