Do not be stupid, the usage is all over the country, they have air ports in Denver, and maybe one other location in the north no matter what you think, do you think that no one has transportation in the north. Yes I am sure one of those northern states may have a city and a piper cub airport. They have been hauling fuel to the military by the 21 team for some time now. I guess????

Yeah, North Dakota has a large demand for gasoline.
We still have to build pipelines to the places that need the product.
And refineries produce more than transportation fuel. That chemical industry is already built in the gulf coast area.
