IMO, the problem is that we as a people, even many Conservatives in name only, have devolved to the point that as long as we get what we want, others can suffer.

Any person with a gram of morality and decency would deck the idiot saying that but there are so many saying and thinking that exact thing right now, it shows you that America is pretty much toast.
