OK, no, that one is fine, and so is the phone (landline, it’s Comcast) as well as my cell phone.
Yeah turns out that Time Warner here in SoCal had some issue where it froze instead of going back to normal. When I called them it said in the recording not to unplug the cable box, that they would be fixing things from their end. What an epic fail on their part, I knew something wasn’t right, an emergency alert is not supposed to last half an hour LOL
