As I recall, children born to prostitutes were tended to with no, or little, human input. They were changed and fed, but there was no effort to teach them language or social skills of any kind. Again, if I remember correctly ... the purpose was to see what happens if humans are allowed to "develope" without human contact. I think I remember that in a short time (5 or 6 years old ?), either a murder had occured or one was about to. The experiment was shut down. Don't need to perform the experiment. It happens every day in the "inner cities" where children are conceived for the sole purpose of qualifying the mom for government benefits, and mostly neglected after birth. We all see the results.
