I have moved a lot in my lifetime and I am old scholl and don’t think you can vote until new plates and drivers license are obtained.I have only lived in the state for a few weeks.My old drivers license is still good until 2016 and getting a new one is the fastest way to register 22 days before an election.(Some states (NC) because of Obama corruption has no more rules or DL requirement to vote)
If you’re in Virginia, no need to get the license first. Download the form, fill it out, mail it in. Use your passport or voter ID card when you go to the polls.
