Mean, too! A lot of gay advocates kvetch about the last verses of Romans 1, but homosexuality isn’t even what figures most prominently in that rogues’ gallery.

I only mentioned the last two verses, but if you read from 1:18 you will realize that God is talking about the reprobate characterized by their sexual perversion--yes, specifically sodomite behavior.

"And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; ..." (Romans 1:28ff)

Reprobate, unmerciful haters of God.

Convenient is an archaic word for suitable. God didn’t create man with the purpose of acting like the devil. There’s much more in there than just homosexuality.
