Would be better to have POTUS for one term, maybe even 6 years. Or better one term for 4 years with the opening to run again after being out of office at least one term.
As it is now we have a working President for maybe 3 years and a year running for re-election (present Indo-kenyan socialist muslim excepted on all aspects).
