What on earth have these schools been doing with ALL the money we ALREADY gave them?

It's used to support democrat politicians. They collect the tax payer money, launder it, and pass it back to the DNC. They scratch each others back.
When the democrat politicians need more campaign money, school taxes go up.

For automatic raises to imcompetent teachers who routinely ‘graduate’ students who are UNEMPLOYABLE!!!
