'Notice of intent to offset' sent to home, even though Diaz is in federal custody
The federal government has sent a collection notice to the family of a Border Patrol agent who was jailed and fined for pulling on the arms of a handcuffed suspect to get him to comply with orders, according to a charitable organization working on a defense for Jesus E. Diaz Jr.
WND reported earlier on a call for Congress to hold hearings to uncover why U.S. law enforcement officers are being charged, prosecuted and sent to prison for apparently doing what their jobs require.
That call came from President Andy Ramirez of the Law Enforcement Officers Advocates Council, which is working on Diaz' case. The officer was sentenced to 24 months in jail and fined nearly $7,000 for his conviction based on the testimony of a drug smuggler who was given immunity to testify.

Time to adopt the tactics of the left? March and protest. Get in their faces. Demand that Jesus Diaz be cleared of all charges and released immediately. Picket their homes. Be a continual presence, but unlike the left, peaceably assembled.
It's time to free all the border-patrol agents who have been unjustly prosecuted and punished for doing their jobs.
This is the last straw. Slapping a family bereft of their bread winner a fine that large is the height of perfidy, and it must not stand.
They're on a quest to destroy and make examples of honest, competent agents so that the rest fall in line and facilitate the mezcan takeover of our country and the flow of drug money and human trafficking money into their own pockets, all the way up to the white hut.

This is how it works
1. Good guys catch bad guy smuggler who is facing certain hard jail time for smuggling.
2. Bad guy testifies good guy roughed him up.
3. United States Attorney drops charges against bad guy in return for his testimony.
4. Good guy goes to jail. Bad guy gets a free ride to the border (to resume drug smuggling) and no jail time.
Do you think the bad guy might have some reason to lie about what happened?????!!!!!!

No you are mistaken . Communist dictators support their police & military and they also want to secure the borders . The current junta desires to do neither of these things.

Abuse of power.
Arbitrary threats under color of authority.
RICO violations by government employees.
I would make modest monthly contribution to this officer's defense if an address can be identified for his defense fund. If enough concerned citizens did likewise, Obama's private army might have second thoughts.
