Herman can sue for slander or defamation of character, or some issue similar as tampering with an election..if you are innocent why sit and keep making excuses? Do something about it.
People will get tired of Cain like many did with Palin.
Take Action Herman Cain or they will continue to come out of the woodwork.
I am sorry to admit after doing some researching myself, checking out Revlon etc—she appears pretty clean—it just may be true—but do you really care in the grand scheme of things. Newt was no innocent and he is getting accolades during all this.
Politico got beat out by Ms Allred bring out a real “victim”. That in itself is funny—so close but no cigar—ooops brings up another past president...we won't go there.
Cain is a big boy with access to investigating these charges as he does not have to start at square one, as the media does or FReepers who have the bug. He was there, he admits a part of the story is true, and then forgot about it; after all it was over 10 years ago.

If she really did attend the “limited audience” Tea Party deal earlier this year I can’t see why that can’t be verified. Who goes by themselves to an event and doesn’t even talk to somebody - somebody whould remember her.
Of course even if she was there it wouldn’t back up her story as far as what happened 12 years ago anyway.

You’ve checked and think she checks out clean???? Look at numerous posts all over this site by other FReepers friend. They have pretty much established a woman who cannot hold a job, is constantly in bankruptcy and in court over people suing her or she suing them. Hardly clean in my book. Apparently she recently had a major judgment against her for several thousand dollars... Sept. of this year. She’s hurting for cash BIG TIME!

Michael Medved had someone on his radio show named “Big John” who claimed to be a Tea Party member. This individual said he witnessed Bialek talk briefly to Cain at a Tea Party function while Cain was leaving, surrounded with his security people. Only caught the tail end of the exchange, so perhaps someone else heard it and can fill in the details.
He didn't even know about Herman Cain, he stated, until Friday, November 4th.
She shows up for a Press Conference 3 days later all coiffed, affidavits in hand, a prepared statement and Gloria Allred by her side.
This Harwood guy is either a dupe or Mz. Bilick is a real con artist.

Well, as a business person I run into many people who know me and say hello and I don't have a clue who they are. I just pretend I know them, exchange pleasantries and be on my way.
All her actions indicate that she is either a narcissist or bipolar.
Ever go to your 15th year high school reunion and are appalled at how people changed or don't even remember them sitting next to you in algebra....and you spent 4 years of your life with them for 9 months, 5 days a week!

I heard the same thing on the air. I also did not miss how desperately Medved was trying to get the guy to give her credibility. Medved completely ignored the fact that this guy said that she commented to him what and awesome and inspirational speaker Cain is and mentioned that she worked with him in the past. Her body language and demeanor did in no way reveal that she had any negative feelings towards Cain. That’s not surprising since Michael Medved is blatantly cheer leading for Romney and has done nothing but disparage Herman Cain and dismiss him as a serious candidate from the moment his numbers started to rise and became a threat to his RINO buddy. It’s sickening how you can almost hear the glee in his voice. Disgusting!!
I graduated from a class of around 100. I’ve gone to reunions and I swear there were people there who did NOT go to school with me. I have no idea who they were but they said they knew me.
My wife said it sounds like she’s bipolar because of her spending habits.
