I notice on that court document that her attorney was David Axelrod. Could she "afford" him? I'm sure he doesn't come cheap.

And SHE was sued previously in a paternity case by the FATHER of her child? Apparently HE didn't trust her either.

4 jobs in 4 years? During the mid 90's? The boom years? And TWO bankruptcies 8 years apart? Now that's a strange situation.

Oops, didn’t pick up that Axelrod was on the other side. And her bankruptcies were 10 years apart, not 8. My mistake.

The doc you saw was a financial judgement against her. It wasn’t that David Axelrod and he wasn’t her attorney, he was the attorney for the lending company who was suing her. She doesn’t have an attorney listed on that doc.
(she also had a summary judgment against her and just this past September, had an asset seizure order against her..)

Illinois Lending is trying to get about $3600 from her. Axlerod is representing the lender.
